Tea has always been a tradition in our family. Tea meant communication, connection, and the feeling of being loved. There wasn’t anything we couldn’t figure out over a cup of tea!
Today Cha’ Fine Teas of Truckee, has given us yet another reason to love this amazing elixir of life! Our hope is that either here or in your own kitchen, our tea creates new special moments for you and yours!
We strive to make the following “Truths” a part of our daily service for our guests:
- Truth #1 – We want you to feel the comfort of being home in your favorite chair surrounded by loved ones.
- Truth #2 – We’re dedicated to providing you with the finest loose leaf tea available!
- Truth #3 – Tea is personal….We strive to make each cup of tea to your individual liking. If your cup is not exactly what you want, we’ll fix it!
- Truth #4 – We know the value of your precious time. Though loose leaf teas take a bit longer because it is from scratch, if you are in a hurry, we can get you out the door with a tea pocket to go. Just say the word!
- Truth #5 – We’re human…It is extremely important to us to provide our guests with the best service and products. Please let us grow and learn from both our successes and failures. If you have either positive comments or areas that we can improve, we want to hear about it!
